NO RESPONSE
ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER HAS GONE OFF MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, REQUESTING THE DEBIT ORDER TO BE CANCELLED, AS I HAVE CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH MTN, 2 MONTHS AGO ALREADY. ALL I RECEIVE IS THE AUTOMATED REPLY WITH A REFERENCE NUMBER, BUT NOTHING GETS DONE!!!!!!!
NOW I WILL BE FORCED TO REVERSE THIS DEBIT ORDER AT MY BANK AND BE CHARGED ANOTHER FEE.
I AM FURIOUS, AND WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW USELESS AND PATHETIC MTN'S SERVICE IS. NO WONDER I CANCELLED!!!!!!
I EXCPECT THIS MATTER TO BE DEALT WITH SWIFTLY AND NOT TO RECEIVE ANOTHER NOTIFICATION THAT A DEBIT ORDER WAS DEDUCTED FROM MTN EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly be advised that the contract expired 1-9-2017.
The last invoice generated to the account was for September 2017 and the debit requested was for September 2017. You were still liable for this debit order payment due to the billing was from the 16-8-2017 to 16-9-2017 this debit order returned unpaid.
R11.40 is added to the account.
The debit order for R447.40 was for the September invoice owing and is valid. Please be advised if you reverse the debit order you will be held liable for this payment.
The debit order is now cancelled.

I take note of this and will not reverse the debit order. I am happy that the debit order has now been cancelled and do not expect any further debits from MTN.
