Guys I signed up for mtn contract Sunday somoeone called me ydau and we did a credit check and I was pre approved nd my phone switched I have been trying to get a hold of mtn u was on hold for 30 minutes today I m trying to figure out the amount I have been approved of guys this is not on.

20 Nov 2017, 13:34How is that possible because I dd a credit check on the 16,,the with Quern Ngwenya and my status was pre approved we then communicated Friday she confirmed that I am pre approved for 800 but I would need to send my documents to her when I got off the phone Mtn sent me an SMS saying my application was rejected at this point I wanna how could I have been rejected when my credit check went well I would understand if I was rejected after having sent my documents and it was found that I could not afford the phone for what reason .After that rejection 1Queen Ngwenya still sent me an email to forward my documents to her so I am confused.
