No Response

This is madness, last week I went to MTN zewenwacht mall, the agent advised someone will contact me regarding the query.

I have been paying for 1gig of data per month and I have only received a certain amount of data not even close to a gig.

Today I received a SMS to say "my query has been resolved, with a reference number"

Nothing has been resolved! I want my money back, I have been paying for something I haven't received!!! This is madness I have complained, I went to the store what else do you want me to do?

Please assist or I will cancel my contract, this is madness! No use calling the call center as I will be on hold for long amounts of time.

I want my money back MTN!! Contact me to sort this out ASAP!!

This is bad service!!
