I have e-mailed my contract cancelation request to your customer care e-mail box but I am not getting any response. Trying to speak to a agent is virtually impossible when I call your call centre and there is no option for cancelations. This is the only way to make contact with MTN (I hope) Pls. contact me in order to process my cancelation request.
