NO RESPONSE

I am an existing MTN customer and app**** through direct sales for an additional contract. I was told I would have approval with 24 to 48 hours. A week later and my application has still not been approved. I've received no response to my messages left for Lorraine to find out what the problem is. I called MTN direct sales for the 4th time today and advised them to cancel this application as I will now go to another service provider. They refuse to cancel the application as they say only Lorraine can do this, but she never calls me back. This level of customer service is atrocious and I will not deal with MTN again. <br> <br>
