I have asked MTN to terminate a contract, which I haven't paid for the termination as yet. I asked them to pull back the termination and to take the suspension off the contract. I have been calling them, emailing them. And I just get feedback they will get back to me within 3 working days. It has gone through to so many departments of mtn and still no answer. I just need to know what to do so I can get it done not be put through to the next department and then wait an extra 3 working days

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that when the contract needs to be cancelled before the termination date the early termination fees have to be paid.
Should the fees not be paid the contract will continue as normal until the contract ends and the contract is cancelled.
