Good Day,<br> <br> i had a problem with my phone on november and it was colleted for repairs on the 18th december which way annoying, when i call mtn insurance call center for follow up patrick,neo and kea told me in different days that they will make sure i get respond before end of business, i get tired of calling this guys because they lie to me always it seems like immediatly when i hang up a phone they forget about me, not even update. its irritating
