No respond regarding my network coverage problem

For the past few years and again since November 2015 numerous complaints where send to MTN regarding our reception in my area. Promises were made but nothing happened. Here are only two of the Ref numbers of my complaints *** since November 2015 and the latest one ***. A Booster was installed in a house 4 houses from mine but we were skipped. Why? For years we are using 4 MTN contracts in my household. One is cancelled because of the network problem. My husband is using a business MTN phone which causes a huge problem because of the network. No clear conversation can be made without huge frustration.
