No respond from MTN
In April 2014 i have upgrade my contract from mtn in Swellendam.The old contract was R289 per month.The new contract was R249 x 2= R498 per month.I have made payments of R500 every month.Mtn billed me R289 x2 =R578 each month.After several visits at mtn Swellendam and no corrections from mtn they handed me over to there legal department.After how several calls and e-mails and promises that it will be corrected there are no respond.My contract ends April this year.What is going to happened with the outstanding amount that i don't owe them?

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We've done a follow up with one of our Legal Department administrators and they've confirm for us that the account is still currently in arrears.
The total amount that was due in February 2015 was R2277.90 of which a payment of R1349.50 was only received. Another R924.00 was still due. Due to the account being suspended with a legal status, you still needed to pay your subscription from February 2015 up until December 2015 (R289.00 x 10 months = R2890.00).
In order to get the account current and your credit status updated, you will need to pay R3814.00.
