Last week I sent a complain to hellopeter about Mtn on the 5th of August, then the lady from mtn called and said she will find out for me and let me know what is going on, but she never did until today I don't know what is going on.<br> <br> <br>

HVRC (Repair centre) is accredited to assess and perform cellular repairs under strict manufacturer guidelines and as such, specific criteria is app**** when assessing devices to validate warranty. This is done in accordance with procedures laid down by each manufacturer.
