No respect whatsoever !!!!
I will keep on reviewing mtn until something is done because after 6 years as a customer I honestly feel disrespected. I ordered a device , a gold phone . Mtn decided to ship me a black or space grey device or whatever color this is . I opened the box realized it was grey , called the call center and right now I’m being told I’ll have to be without a phone because cancelations take a long time. The phone costs an arm and a leg the least I need is to have it in the color I want , it hasn’t even been 24 hours and I’m being told I can’t just return it. I have a contract with you , if you realize the device doesn’t work can’t you just charge me double then instead of making me wait no maarn ha.a this is too much my God. And I have a trip soon so I guess what you are trying to say in my case is take it or leave it , disgusting service . I would have waited for the color I wanted had I been told it wasn’t available
