No resolution for mo ths

Mtn has been charging my full for a contract and not loading my data mlfor month. After many emails and phone calls with consultants who always says they will sms my reference number and never does. I still have the same issue. They don't have a problem debiting my account but in return do not provide the service. Been at this for much super frustrated what will happen for the data never received will I get the data no one can answer me. The problem does not get fixed are all the consultants equally lazy or just don't want to do their jobs. I will never recommend mtn to anyone ever.
