No resolution after 1 month

I called the Network Coverage number *** to complain about data and voice connectivity in Parkhurst and Parkwood. After no feedback I then logged a query via the website on 18 Jan 2015 ref no. ***. On the 19th I called to check that my query had been received and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. No-one called. I called again on 3rd Feb, and 9th Feb. No-one called back. I called a 2nd time on the 9th and escalated the query to Yassim the supervisor. He did not call back. I called again today and tried to escalate to Shane Nel, but he does not answer his phone and it does not take messages. I have heard that there is a crisis with the MTN network because they are between service providers for their towers and networks. Is this true and are we been kept in the dark???? Does this give grounds for cancellation???? Perhaps we should also put up a sign on our property at 133 Jan Smuts, like George Prokas did for Cell C on Beyers. Any ideas on the wording George and legal advise from Judge Sharise Weiner would be appreciated. Please respond MTN and help your customers to connect.
