no repsonse in 3 weeks. worst sevice ever

I have recieved no response in 3 weeks as my handset is laying at the repair centre its been out of use for the past 4 months but ive been paying the contract which I cannot utilise. Ive been pushed around from pillar to post but still nothing I was told that i would be called by the relevant department and its been 3 weeks and still nothing this is putrid and *********. I do not have a handset that can handle my business and neither have I been given a loan handset to use and still to I am paying for somethin that has no benefit or use to me. I would like for this matter to be attended to urgently and within the course of today or the contract should be cancelled as I do not have the handset in my possession. This is totally unacceptable and the service is worst. Uv been holding on day after day just to be cut of after hours which is time wasted to me anf money lost. Pathetic service.
