No Reponse To Network Queries
I have logged a network query on 20/12/2014 for very poor cellphone reception (Query Number: *** & Ref Number : ***) which you did receive as Mkateko Ndichene responded & requested additional information which I supp****. Shereen Motale rep**** & supp**** the reference number.<br> <br> I did a follow-up on 05/01/2015 & 09/01/2015 to which I received no response.<br> <br> I re-submitted the query on 03/03/2015 (Query Number : *** & reference number :***) to which Shereen Motale responded & issued the reference number. I did a follow-up on 12/04/2015 as I received no feedback. I received a response that my query has been escalated to '' Sibusiso'' for assistance.<br> <br> To date I still have not received feedback regarding this issue. <br>
