No reponse to emails and Complaints via Hello Peter

I am at a loss for words. MTN just does not assist clients. I have been trying to get my invoices and statements for weeks now and they just do not send me them. I have now written at least 4 emails and although they read them they simply do not reply. I wish I could cancel my contract without penalties
