No Reply after numerous mails

I have sent numerous emails asking for assistance to no avail.

I have a payment plan in place for account BA*** that was arranged but get threatened with emails that you will hand me over.

I paid on 09 July and will continue to pay until my account is up to date.

Please unblock my lines or atlease have the decency to reply as it has been 2 weeks without any response and about 7 emails sent to you!
