no reply after 13 days
I had a query about my account, sent it to support who emailed me saying answer in 3 - 5 days, it is now 13 days, no response.Reference Number: is ***.<br> Also, checked my unbilled invoice, and see 40 PSD calls made, but I am one of those old fashioned people I only use my phone for phone calls and SMS, I dont use it for Internet, so what are all these PSD calls?
