No refund from MTN

I got myself the uncapped LTE when the WACS cable was damaged in August last year. Thinking this will be an easy fix as it is on a month to month basis and you pay a month ahead. Well I ended the contract in October 2023 and they still deducted money in November, which means they had 2 months worth of subscription payments. Till date I have not yet received my refund for either month. All I can say is think twice before taking out the month to month contract with mtn as you will not receive you money back as they say.
