No refund from Horrible MTN South Africa

It's been two months since I paid my account up, and there is a balance of R2900 that MTN South Africa would not pay me. I have tried all means of communication nothing helps. Their prepaid customer number does not give you an option to speak to a consultant. It's so frustrating. Stay away from these ****mers. MTN service is horrible!!
