No Refund for cancellations even within grace period

Worst experience with Mondo and mtn. I've consistently called them to follow up regarding my refund for the past 7 months. They keep saying that my account will be credited in 14 days. 7 months later I'm still calling and following up regarding my refund. All I want is my money back! Worst service ever. ***** and *******!
