no refund false promises
after almost 2 months I am stil waiting for my refund and while I wait for you to refund me you deduct money?every time you say 3-5 working days but after 2 months nothing.this is really bad service

We have followed up with the billing department they confirmed there is no refund due for theR -509.33 , the ***** department placed 2x journals to the account (R1016.00) by mistake. The journal was done as credits to the account. MTN debited but the debit returned unpaid.
