No Record of my Additonal Line - But yet the number has been ported from prepaid to contract

I have been calling the call centre ********** 667 this whole morning trying to get information about the delivery of my phone, spoke to 1st person, they transfer me to the deliveries to see wheres my phone, spoke to queen, says there is no information about my order on their side, was then told to contact MTN Direct Sales to get my Reference Number or Tracking Number, spoke to someone else, by then i am ****ed off, she says she has to transfer me to MTN Online shop, then she cuts the call on me, for number 1 who is paying for the call when i am calling, a customer is on hold for 11minutes before somebody answers ur call, then to be transferred,, then hold each time? the service sucks, I want to know where is the phone i ordered, why did i not get my reference number or tracking number. i have had enough of contacting the call centre, because everybody does not know how to transfer a call to the correct department.
