No record of contract

Approximately 2 weeks ago, i went onto phonefinder and submited a request for MTN to contact me regarding a contract thereon. A MTN consultant got in contact with me and i completed the process. I was told it would take 5 - 7 days for delivery. <br> As it is now more than 7 days, i decided to get into contact with MTN, I tried approximately 12-15 different numbers being online, customer care, new sales and multiple stores, eventually getting through to one store and having the agent tell me to use a friends number to get into the call center (without a MTN number you cannot get through to any of the numbers specified on the website)<br> I did just that and contacted customer care who then refered me to sales. The lady i spoke to says they have no record of the contract. Also she completely denies having any association with Phonefinder, yet other complaints on hello peter indicate that other ppl have gone down this route and MTN responded to it, and in one instance confirms delivery of the handset.<br> I am completely baffled by the disgusting service by MTN.<br> <br> Where is the contract? what the hell is going on?
