No Reception For A Week

Over the past 4 days there is no MTN signal. You can't make a call or anything, you can't even call the customer care. I did mange to get in contact with the customer care on Wednesday and they advised the problem will be sorted by Thursday. Today is Friday and the problem seem to be gotten worse. MTN I need to make and receive calls as I use this number for work purposes. This is becoming ridiculous now. Please may I ask someone from MTN to assist urgently.
