No reception at big part of town (Sasolburg)

We Have zero reception in the big part of Sasolburg, from Eugene Marais street straight through to the other part of Sasolburg at Rembrandt street at the R59. The only tower I know of is about 3 km away, but it seems like it doesn't reach this part of town. Could you please look in to this as it is more than 300 houses with a lot of them trying to run businesses from home.
