NO RECEPTION
We have tried almost 20000x to get through to reception / customer service - my iPhone states no service & this is a big contract phone. Please respond FFS.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly give us the cell phone number of the handset with a problem or call 808 or visit the nearest service center so that they can check if the problem is handset or sim card related.
No service can mean a sim card problem, take the sim card and try it on a different handset. If still experiencing the same problem, the problem is with the sim card. If the sim card is working on a different handset, the problem is with the handset. Visit the nearest service center and they will assess the problem.
