No reason to cancel my delivery.

Good day, MTN and DSV has made my life very difficult, I have app**** for MTN contract and got approved then on my delivery day it was cancelled and I called DSV and the lady said ***** suspected I must call MTN and immediately I called MTN and they said they don't see the reason why it was cancelled, then again MTN has to credit vettbme again. This is very unprofessional and waste of my time I took for my delivery.
