No protection of your customers personal information

<p>You (MTN) has sent me a new phone, but you have sent my old phone that was apparently not repairable to someone else in Durban and I am located in Cape Town. I do not condone the fact that you have sent my old phone to someone else without clearing the phone memory and having all my personal information still on that phone. </p>
