No promotional data

So I recently upgraded my phone and guess what, no 20gigs loaded as per your Yello trader. A company who has now failed me once again. Constant issues with this company. Is it so hard to automate promotional date to be load automatically. Do I need to escalate another simple matter to your CEO in order to get any response.
