No progress or feedback/callback regarding a online application
I app**** online for a new phone and contract:
Application Date: Wed, 30 Jan, 09:35 (1 day ago) RefNo: ********** 84
I emailed them to request the progress on this - no reply I tried to phone them 083123 - Message: "We can't attend to your call now - please try again later"
Obviously, they don't want new business?
