No Progress

I placed a complaint here on Hello peter on the 20th October 2015 regarding MTN and on the 22 Oct i received an email from Thabelo Tsolo informing me that the matter will be excallated to the relavant department, then the matter was reffered to Shane Williams who forwaded the matter to Zola Matshoba. Zola then responded saying i am owing MTN R285.15. I requested an invoice so i can settle the amount but to date i have not heard anything from them, then i called Shane to follow up, firstly the guy is rude, he wants to know where i got his numbers which are on his email signature then he tells me he cant help he is on lunch.<br> <br> I have emailed them all the proof of payments so they can clear my name but it seems is not working. REQ: 574298 Transfer Notification is the reference on one of the emails. <br> <br> I decided to pay the requested amount without the invoice or statement so i can part ways with MTN.<br> Hope someone out there can assist to get these guys to clear my name from their books and ITC.
