No prize delivered

I am very disappointed with the way in which MTN and Samsung are handling their promotion regarding a S20+. New phone was purchased around Jun/Jul. A few days after I purchased a new S20+, MTN informed me that I have won a Samsung 40" TV. This was on the 18th August 2020. I have followed up a few times with MTN (email and calls) but the latest reply was that they have sent the request/info to Samsung and it was up to Samsung to deliver. the TV was also downgraded to a 32" on one of my queries.
