No Power, No Signal

Mtn Signal is really very bad in Koster North West. There is no mention of any signal once that area's power is off. How are we suppose to communicate in case of emergency of how will somebody contact us in case of emergency There tower have no back-up power I really think this is very bad and sad Thinking of going over to Vodacom that is on when the power is off
