No phone since December and still waiting on Feedback !!!

I bought my phone cash in December at MTN Canalwalk and within a week the phone just stopped working. I took it back to the store where i was advised that it will take 3 weeks for repairs. The phone came back from repairs but when I went to pick it up it was still broken. They then send it back again for repairs. In the meantime I was told by MTN in Canalwalk that I can get a refund or a new phone but first need to find out by repairs if they could fix the phone for the 2nd time. I'm still waiting and the number that was given to me only rings or goes to voicemail saying the person is unavailable. ********** ......... I'm getting so frustrated and annoyed...... I want a refund and I want someone to get back to me today still. This has gone on long enough. I need to use my airtime the wholetime to phone after MTN to find out where my phone is and I have gone twice to Canalwalk to ask what is going on.
