no phone for 3months
I handed in my phone for warranty claim. Up to date no phone!! It is now more than 3 months!!!!

We are truly sorry for the delayed response and for the inconvenience caused.
We have now managed to locate the booking that was done for the Sony Xperia E1. The device was found to be faulty and was sent back to our warehouse.
Please visit the same store with Collection number : *** to collect a replacement.
