No phone, Exorbitant bills and no Recourse

19 May - Called to dispute an unusually high bill of over R2000 - was told I will get a response in 10 days<br> 31 May - Damaged my phone<br> 1 June - logged an insurance claim<br> 12 June - got a loan phone<br> 19 June - received next bill over R 2000 despote only having a phone for 2 weeks of the billing period<br> 30 June - insurance claim approved<br> All of June - chased by email and phone - received no responses or itemised bills as requested<br> 6 July - paid excess for insurance and sent proof of payment<br> All of July - chased by email and phone - received no responses or itemised bills as requested<br> 19 July - received a bill for R2200<br> <br> After all of the above<br> - I have no new phone despite having paid the insurance excess nearly two weeks ago<br> - my bills continue to escalate despite using an old phone that does not have the apps/functionality to spend that amount of money (3 in a row now over R2000 when I have never spent close to that before)<br> - still no itemised bill despite requests over more than 2 months<br> - no response on any of my emails sent to customer care and most of the call backs I was promised never happened.<br> <br> All in all a staggering lack of customer service.
