No Phone Delivery - ***** case opened.

HI There

I did an upgrade 2 weeks ago on which I already logged a complained with the MTN Customer Relations ***** department (who also do not respond to my emails after providing me with a reference number)

"Your reference number is ( ********** 4 )"

I would like to cancel the upgrade, as no device have been delivered as been arranged with the courier company (no idea who they are) - to allow me to get a phone through my usual provider

Can someone please assist with this ?
