NO PHONE - 3 MONTHS

GOOD MORNING <br> <br> On the 29/04/2015 I booked in my son's Samsung S4 for repairs because the screen was cracked. The person told me it will take from 7 to 14 days. After 14 days we asked for the phone. They came out with a paper on witch <br> my son's name was written but it was not his phone. They said it is a fault. On the 9 May I received a call, the person asked if they can fix the camera too, witch I confirmed. On the 29 May I received a SMS that claimed a payment due for technical repairs. On the 30 May I made the payment of R 932,49 to the account. I took the note of payment to the person at MTN Kimberley and show them the payment and asked them what to do, they told me to be patient. I went there for 4 other times. the last time Sandra try to phone someone which was not available. She made copies of payment and promised to fax it to whoever... Monday we go and asked again about the phone and no news yet.. <br> <br> My patience is done and dusted!!!! My son need his phone for his work (university) and still we don't know where the phone are.. Please help me!!!!<br> <br> M Swart
