NO personal contact is possible only voice prompts referring back to same options over and over

I have an account of R34 a month and just received an sms stating I owe R272 .08 and to stay connected I have to pay while I have a limit of R0 . Can’t make contact with anyone at any MTN number. There was also a previous incident of me owing money. I just can’t get help even if I go in store
