No personal attention

How can you talk to someone at MTN? Phoning 135 only gives multiple menus with no option to talk to a person. MTN Chat on Whatsapp does not involve chat but automatic answers or FAQs that are inappropriate. Attempts to actually ask a question are ignored or not understood. What happened to Customer Care?
