No permission for debit order

I pay my MTN account by EFT, my account was paid on 26 August 2017, and MTN decided to do a deduction by debit order on 31 August 2017 and they don't want to reverse the debit order, I must cancel it with my bank and then I must pay the penalty. As soon as my contract expire with MTN I will never use their services again.
