NO PAID UP LETTER

I settled my account with MTN and have been waiting forvmy paid up letter for over a month now. Every time ill call and text them on Facebook im given 100 different stories to lister to. Why is it so easy to settle ur account but so difficult to just issue out a paid up letter. Its just a lousy email you hv to send
