No outgoing calls on MTN

Ever since I've gone live on 01 Oct on my new Month-to-Month Plan, I've been unable to make outgoing calls. Everything else works fine.

I've contacted customer care on numerous occasions and went into the Branch in Cavendish to no avail. I've paid upfront for this plan but can't use it. I need this to be resolved urgently.
