No option to speak to an urgent. No customer service.

MTN has no option to speak to an agent on their 135 customer service line, even in their WhatsApp chat doesn’t allow you to speak to an agent. Everytime I have a problem I have to chat with them on Instagram which is not efficient as it takes longer to resolve an issue.
