No option to speak to a consultant??

When dialing 135 there is no option to speak to a consultant??

Invoice delivery failed to send to me via email, however, my email address is valid and MTN is the only company that cannot send through emails to me.

Emailed customer care multiple time - no one was able to assist. ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER ***.
