No option to speak to a agent, no help at all
What's the point in changing the option when calling 173? It's from bad to worse. I have a issue in sending sms's, it's not going through. No proper customer care, only a recorded voice!! Very frustrating for not being able to speak to someone about my problem. How do mtn expect customers to be happy if they can't speak to someone about a issue?
