No option for parental block

I attempted to block my child's phone from visiting adult-, gambling and chat websites.'ve visited the MTN webpage and was informed, via the webpage, to dial *101#. When I dialled the said number, I've learned that the function is not available anymore. I went to the MTN store in Centurion Mall where I was assisted by a lady that has had no idea whatsoever how to be of assistance. According to her, my request is unique and that she has never dealt with such a request before. I've dialled 1555 and was informed by an operator that MTN has no parental block function anymore. <br> <br> Could you please raise your formal stance on this issue before I invoke further remedies in this regard?
