No online gaming on any MTN package! MTN VPN cancelled!

Looking at your reviews, I can understand why I have a complaint - I went to the MTN Mossel Bay in March 2021 and asked for the data contract so that my son can do online gaming. I was given the My_MTNChoice_80GB. It worked fine for the remainder of March and April and after that MTN apparently withdrew their MTN VPN service so that the NAT setting was set to "strict' which prohibits my son to do any online gaming, with no notification. We and the MTN branches spoke to the Call Centre, the Technical department as well as Coverage and everyone told us that MTN cancelled their VPN and we are unable to connect the XBox for online gaming. We were given no alternative, apparently not even a Business package can help, and is now stuck with a huge amount of data that are useless for what we signed up for. So people, please be warned that you can't do online gaming on any of the MTN packages from experience and according to the MTN staff!!! MTN **** to us and we would like an alternative / compensation MTN!!!
