no one willing to help

ive been with mtn for years, but everytime it comes to upgrade time, i have issues. this time is no different. found a deal on phonefinders for a huawei p20 pro. send my request with phonefinder and they say that mtn will contact me, been two weeks. then i phones mtn customer care to ask about this deal, lady that answers didnt know anything,but asked around and said yes they do have a deal with phonefinders, but i must go into an mtn store for it. then i went into the store and they say they cant do anything and have to go to phonefinders. passing the buck over and over. so back at stage 1. All i want is the deal as advertised but nobody wants to help
